Q&A

01

How do I meet the speakers? Hybrid & online parts?

1. We are planning for an in-person conference mainly with an online component.

This means that most of the conference will take place in-person, on March 21 in Tel Aviv. Online part will be enable viewing the talks on stage & participation in the online 1:1 meetings.

1:1 meetings will happen in 2 batches; 1. In-person meetings for the people attending in-person on March 21, 2. online meetings on the week of March 27 for all participants & speakers. Online meetings will provide an opportunity to meet the online participating speakers as well, they are also an opportunity for the online participants to meet the speakers.

In the event that covid or other issues will prevent most speakers from arriving to Israel, the conference will become fully online on March 21. We will notify everyone on March 14 in case a switch to online is needed.

2. Registration to the 1:1 meetings:

On  March 14, you will get access to the 1:1 scheduling system that will enable you to request a dedicated 1:1 meeting with most speakers / participants via the dedicated meetings scheduling system - we will provide access to the system in order for you to request meetings in advance - please follow email instructions you will receive on March 14 from b2match.com.

3. Online part of the conference will include a broadcast of the main stage sessions, link will be provided on March 14 via email.

02

How to maximize attendance?

How to pay with a Credit Card?

4. You can pay for your ticket with a Credit Card, instructions on how to do it can be found at this link.

5. How to get the most out of the conference:

a. Attend the sessions & round tables! - they are designed to provide plenty of useful information, tips & tricks about the German, Swiss and Austrian markets. The round tables are sector specific deep dives that enable you to talk to the sector experts & ask them anything you like. Both formats are designed for you to get to know the speakers.

b. Visit the sponsors Booths in order to get in touch with them and learn how they can help your startup.

c. During the breaks - network & visit the sponsors Booths! talk to the speakers, fellow entrepreneurs and the sponsors.

d. Book 1:1 meetings in advance using the scheduling system.

6. We will send out details on how to prepare for the conference about a week before - read the emails and follow the guidelines carefully.

7. If you can not complete the ticket purchase order go here to do so.

8. There are no startup pitches, in our unique format the investors & corporates pitch the startups :-) i.e. the conference is about Reverse Pitching all you need to do is request a 1:1 meeting with the investors / corporates / speakers. Note: they will only reply to startups they believe could be relevant to them.
